Sonesta Select Durham Research Triangle Park

The front desk staff was super polite and helpful, no matter the time of day. I got replacement towels and wash clothes and toiletries that I forgot without hesitation. Check in and check out was quick and seamless. The room was a expected. I loved the mirrors in the bathroom area of the room! I also liked the easy to use wall A/C controls instead of using controls on the A/C itself and it worked properly.

Excellent hotel for short stays. Easily accessed from the highway. I enjoyed the amenities and my room selection. The room was very clean, fresh, and comfortable. The receptionists were vibrant and friendly, making my check-in a breeze since I had a rescheduled meeting to attend on my arrival. My room was quiet and the helpstaff was efficient as they serviced the floor. Although the ice machine nearest me (by the elevator) didn't work, I had no problem using the other one on my floor. Check out was equally easy and pleasant - friendly service and other guests in the lobby.

very very clean in all parts of hotel!!

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and they were accommodating of us parking our uhaul trailer even though that meant we had to block a few parking spots. We planned to stay for just one night, but ended up staying for two. The price was fair and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the TRIANGLE area, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception. We loved the delicious coffee. Thank you, to Deidre Barnett (Operations Manager) you're amazing and kind, so we feel very welcomed as newcomers to NC.
